Langhe Rosso Denominazione di origine controllata Ambrass

Ambrass is a Piedmontese term meaning embrace. This is our wine, created to exalt the two most important grape varieties of the area, in a single tribute.

The colour is ruby red, typical of barbera, which prevails visually and also on the nose, with a lovely fruitiness, with hints of plum and cherry.

On the palate the characteristics of nebbiolo prevail, in fact it is dry and rightly tannic. It is structured, enveloping and on its own soft.

Try it with elaborate meats, pasta with meat sauce or important sauces, and mature cheeses. It is also excellent , at the end of a day, to pamper yourself a little.
