You can choose between two different alternatives: the tasting lunch<\/strong> including three typical Piedmontese appetizers, a first course, and a dessert paired with a tasting of four wines<\/strong>, and the mini lunch<\/strong> alternative which includes a typical appetizer, a first course, and a dessert paired with a tasting of three wines<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The latter is the ideal choice for those who want to savor the cuisine in a lighter way, without missing out on discovering the great wines of Roero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lunch in the cellar costs \u20ac49.00 per person<\/strong>, while the mini lunch is \u20ac36.00<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each course is expertly paired with our excellent Roero wines<\/strong>, for a perfect marriage<\/strong> that enhances both food and wine.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You will be advised on the best choice<\/strong> to enhance the flavor of each dish: from the fruity bouquet of Roero<\/strong> Arneis<\/strong>, to Nebbiolo d\u2019Alba<\/strong>, to Barbera, up to the king of Nebbiolo-based wines and the royal representative of our land: Roero DOCG<\/strong>, a structured wine with a bold character and slight tannins, excellent for balancing substantial dishes with strong flavors.<\/p>\n
